It's one of our favourite national holidays and makes one of our favourite countries in Europe even better - St Stephen's Day in Hungary!
When we lived in Budapest, the 20th August (St Stephen's Day) was one that lives in the memory - from the Red Bull Air Race, the parade of St Stephen's mummified arm and fireworks!
For St Stephen's Day 2016, we have a special adapted Tokaj & Budapest Wine experience for you all to enjoy the festivities!
Explore the lovely vineyards learning and tasting about the vintages and diversity while meeting the winemakers and exploring the ancient cellars.
On this special experience you will indulge in Tokaj - the king of wines and wine of kings - and Budapest in time for the celebrations!
On this experience you will:
- Discover the UNESCO World Heritage Tokaj wine region
- Have a gourmet wine dinner
- Walk the vineyards with a terroir picnic
- Try award winning wines
