If we accept your booking, our contract with you is made when you ask us to confirm a booking and monies are exchanged to secure the required services (via PayPal). At this stage a binding contract comes into existence between you and Ever Thought of Trying. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation invoice carefully and to let Ever Thought of Trying know immediately in the event of any error.
The balance of your cost is payable 8 weeks prior to departure with time being of the essence of the agreement. If the final payment is not received by the 60th day prior to departure Ever Thought of Trying reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you and will levy cancellation charges.
Ever Thought of Trying charges you a deposit for the experience booked. For some of the experiences, the balance is payable directly to the supplier on, or in advance, of the commencement day of the experience booked. In those instances, those suppliers will charge you the difference between the deposit paid and the total price as shown at the time of booking in the local currency.
Where the supplier is to be paid locally, payment instructions and due dates vary from supplier to supplier and are given at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with the individual supplier’s balance payment terms as shown on your booking confirmation.
Failure to comply with those suppliers’ payment conditions may result in the cancellation of your experience and no refunds shall be given.
You are bound by our suppliers’ own booking, amendment, cancellation conditions and conditions of carriage where relevant and these conditions apply to your contract with us. Conditions vary by supplier and are given at the time of booking. Our supplier’s conditions may limit or exclude their and our liability to you.
We check facts about the experiences offered to ensure accuracy. When we are told in advance of a significant change to a booking, we will make every effort to notify you in advance of the start of your experience. Please note all duration times given are approximate.

Prices applying to all new bookings made following an amendment will be those prices applicable on the day the new booking is made.

Changes after travel

Cancellation or no show by you
Charges are levied to cover the costs of any losses incurred as a result of your cancellation or no show which applies to a situation where you chose not to attend your experience but omit to advise us of the fact in advance of the commencement day of your experience. Ever Thought of Trying acts as an agent rather than the principal, therefore cancellation charges vary from supplier to supplier. The cancellation policy and charges will be highlighted in the terms against each experience prior to booking and these charges will also be displayed clearly on your confirmation voucher and in no circumstances will any refunds be available. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to pay all charges associated with cancellation or a no show, which in the case of a no show is 100% of the total booking value, regardless of the supplier or the deposit value paid.
Should you need to cancel your booking, please advise us as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation by us
Ever Thought of Trying and our suppliers try never to cancel a client’s experience, but must reserve the right to do so.
